We do this through several steps

EMS ( Email Marketing Strategy) Department is a department that analyzes the current performance of the email channel against your competitors. This determines which actions need to be taken in order to improve key metrics such as click to open rate, revenue per message sent, click to order ration and other metrics that organize and balance your email campaign with your revenue goals. Once your campaign has passed through our EMS Department it is then sent over to our PDP Department.
PDP ( Program Development and Planning) Department takes the data provided by the EMS department in order to develop a comprehensive email marketing program that contains creative elements to maximize performance of the email channel. Once the PDP Department has completed their review, they complied the results and deliver them over to our OBP Department.
OBP (Optimize Better Performance) Department reviews the results and data compiled by the EMS & PDP Department in order to determine how their creative elements are implemented to increase open rates, increase click through rates, increase conversion rates, decrease customer attrition, sustain low bounce rates and set up a proper testing procedure. Once OBP Department has completed their report the results and data is transferred over to the EPB Department.
EPB (Email Play Book) Department takes all the data prepared by EMS, PDP and OBP and compiles it into a design which identifies transactional/ behavioral communications, promotional messages and targeted messages to match the right audience with the right communication and message. This is to determine what exactly will be the content plan and what featured events/products will be implemented. Once EPB Department has completed their report it is sent over to our RAW Department.
RAW (Reporting Analytics Watch) Department compiles all the data and design delivered by all previous departments and monitors each client’s campaign as it is scheduled for launch. They document what errors occur and the success rate each campaign delivers.
